Komondor's Grenadiers

The Archbishop's of Maitz & Bampfberg have combined the grenadiers of their regiments to form a brigade of grenadiers under the command of Colonel Andras Komondor. Currently they are serving under the command of Major General von Silberlowe with the Bampfberg column.

As yet untested the brigade has been extensively drilled by Colonel Komondor and is the equal of the Guards of Enteburg or Kopf-Schlager. Colonel Komandor holds his commision with the Archbishop of Bampfberg and is a close friend of Major General von Farkas.   He rose quickly through the ranks in Imperial service having fought against the Ottomanians in several campaigns on the Skanderberg Frontier.

Silberlowe Musketeers

Major General Wilhelm von Silberlowe is the Inhaber of this regiment, raised for service with the Reichsarmee by Archbishop Prince Heinrich von Holdstein-Braunbar.  It's personnel has been drawn mostly from the archbishop's lands within the electorate of Munchausen which has upset the elector to some extent.

This regiment maintains a strong rivalry with the von Farkas Musketeers, the two regiment where raised on the same day and both claim seniority within the Archbishops service.  However as Major General Wilhelm von Silberlowe is the senior officer, his regiment is generally given seniority.

The regiment is commanded in the field currently by Liuetenant Colonel Leopold von Schwan on officer of Enteburg extraction.  The colonel has been in command of the regiment since it's inception and his guiding hand has seen the regiment the equal of any regiment in Vorlund's service.

von Farkas Musketeers

Major General Franz Heinrich von Farkas is the inhaber of this regiment, an officer formerly in the service of the Emperor transferred to serve the Archbishop upon his death.  He owns extensive lands in Hinterlund near the border with Skanderberg.

The regiment draws it's manpower from the Archbishop's lands within Vorlund and Enteburg.  The officers and men of the regiment consider von Silberlowe's musketeers as rivals and the Inhaber's of the two regiments have had to step in on several occasions to stop duels between their officers.

The regiment is commanded in the field by Lieutenant Colonel Jozef Visla another Hinterlunder he joined the Archbishop's service upon the death of the old Emperor and was granted command of the regiment by his old commanding officer Major General von Farkas.  Colonel Visla is a keen huntsman and when not engaged in his military duties can be found in the hunting lodge he purchased on the Enteburg border.  He has become close friends with Prince Louis von Ente und Spurhund-Jungen as they bothe share a passion for hunting.
